By making this purchase, you understand that results are not guaranteed and are contingent upon various variables beyond our control.

3. Software Usage Fees - Certain software and tools provided as part of our services (e.g., for SMS, calls, emails) may incur additional fees. These fees are not included in the purchase price of our services or programs and are the direct responsibility of the purchaser. No refunds will be provided due to software usage fees.

4. Paid Advertising: No Refunds Based on Performance - The purchaser understands that paid advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, does not guarantee specific input-output performance. Advertising results may fluctuate due to market conditions, targeting strategies, and other factors outside our control. As such, no refunds will be provided based on the performance of advertising campaigns.

5. Subscription and Cancellation Policy

   No Contractual Commitment: There is no long-term contractual obligation. Purchasers are free to cancel their subscription at any time prior to the renewal date to avoid future charges.

   Renewals and Cancellations: If a purchaser cancels after the renewal date, the subscription will remain active for the remainder of the paid term, and no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, the subscription must be canceled before the renewal date.

Our services are independent and not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by these platforms. You acknowledge that you are purchasing advertising management or educational services from Million Dollar Realtor Club, not from Facebook or Instagram directly.

Intellectual Property - All content, materials, and strategies provided by Million Dollar Realtor Club, including those offered through the Mastermind University, are the intellectual property of Million Dollar Realtor Club. By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission from Million Dollar Realtor Club.

Limitation of Liability - Under no circumstances shall Million Dollar Realtor Club be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or materials.
